3. Send Your Sample to Us
We provide a prepaid, tracked package. Simply place your sample inside and post it to us.
4. Laboratory Testing
We arrange for your sample to be tested by our independent accredited laboratory using reliable methods.
5. Receive Your Results
Results are usually available within approximately 14 days of us receiving your sample and will be sent to you by email.
